I just read the headlines and saw "show-cause". Thought that was more significant. After reading the fines and penalties, that sounds like a slap on the wrist and minor league stuff for the depths that SEC teams will cheat and go to get a leg up in recruiting.

He clearly blamed some of his battlefield losses on the Russian weather, Rommel's wife's shoes, and opt outs due to trenchfoot. Like the SEC today the Hun Conference was skrong, but more offensive minded. Once he faced good coaches such as Patton and Bradley his system fell apart.
