We've all been there. 3 beers and it's a dash behind a tree or reverting to having an accident you haven't had since you were 4.

Such a relief we have sharp officers fighting such serious crime.

By the way, going back to trivia, I do not think Jake should have said in public that he hopes the charges will be dropped. The puts the prosecutor in a public jam because some voters will say "ooh, urine". Now he has to show that he is tough on crime and that the players are not special and above the law.

If he had just one tenth of the money that he makes for Gene Smith, I suspect his attorney would have advised him not to say that.

Man, I remember when I had lots of free time to worry about stuff that wasn't worth worrying about. I miss those days. Maybe I'll try to get on staff at that police department.

Is it worth chasing someone for pissing outdoors? The dude who broke his thumb should feel like an idiot. I'm sure he's done it. I don't know a dude who hasn't pissed outdoors in a place that wasn't exactly ideal.

Okay... I understand dealing with a bunch of kids pissing outside isn't exactly chasing down a homicide, but it's still a crime. We have to enforce the law regardless of how trivial it may seem or how acceptable it is, that's just the way things work.

So many people seem so quick to direct their anger at law enforcement for simply doing their job. If Jake & co don't run, it's a possibility that they get off with a warning

It is indeed a crime. I'd also rather deal with the police than piss my pants. Sometimes nature calls. And you have to answer. It's something that every human understands. I can't see it being worth chasing some people who were pissing. Then they requested backup!

Another thing that might not have been mentioned.... maybe they have stage fright? :lol:

Yeah, I'd agree, up to the point where the officers threatened to call in a search dog. No doubt that law enforcement overreacted...
