Game Thread tOSU 33, Indiana 14 (Oct 3, 7 pm ET, BTN)

The BTN post-game studio hacks just said our defense needs to continue to improve. Say what? Did they miss the fact that IU's last-minute TD came against our bench defense on a short field? Did they forget that our defense otherwise has held our last three opponents to seven fucking points total in three games, and held mighty USC to one actual TD drive? Fucking morons...

If they don't stay stupid things, no one even remembers watching them...I'm pretty sure Chris Martin's IU upset prediction was the first one I've read about on message boards since preseason.

Dinardo just said tOSU defense was inconsistent tonight. bwahahahhaha

And no doubt the Hoosiers would have won if he were the coach.

I get a kick out of these former coaches that were run out of town somehow being considered experts commenting on the games. Seems like former Indiana coaches are among the worst (Corso and DiNardo). If they were so smart, they probably would be coaching somewhere.

When Pryor cuts down on his overthrows, and I'm even talking the completions, the offense will be moving. He had guys that he overthrew for incompletions. He had completions that were overthrew that stopped our receivers momentum not allowing YAC. Tressel is playing this smart. Pryor needs the Reps for Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan, and Iowa.

Good game by Buckeyes. Pryor gets around a B and the D gets an A-.

Pryor certainly needs to keep improving and stop the inconsistency, but I have a hard time getting upset over a 4 TD game.

I guess I would have to agree. I just feel a little icky at the missed FGs, turnovers, and giving up another late score, not that it mattered in this game.

BYU beat up Oklahoma already, it's tough to gauge how good this win would be. Then there's the matter of last week's beatdown for Da U.

True. But Miami is clearly a *much* better team than they have been, and will be better next year as they are young. Plus, BYU won in a game where the Heisman trophy QB went down for OK and the team was deflated.

Of course, we'd never hear about a Big 12 team being overrated since the media is too busy trying to say the Buckeyes are.

Oh I definitely agree. If they play in a BCS bowl (which they should) they'll definitely need to play better. I'm not sure waht happened with the missed FGs.
