I was only partially kidding when I said put Wade on that dude for the whole game and erase him. They don't scare me with any of their other offensive playmakers if we lock him down and spy Clifford. I'm sure the coaches already know what they've got and what they don't

Every keeps saying they were over looking IU. I think everyone in the big ten realizes IU is better than Nebraska right now including Penn State.

So what if we were over looking NU towards Penn State and still worked them by 35?

They took IU seriously they just turned the ball over and Franklin again lost the game when it mattered. It's what they do when it matters and IU was no different.

That said I expect them come out fired up.

Wade should take Dotson all game and Werner should take their TE since he eliminated him last year.

We just have to really keep an eye on their QB or he'll hurt us. Them not having Journey and possibly not Cain is big though.

Also a starter at LB for them is out and I also saw Toney hobbling around too.

You talking about the targeting guy? He's only out the first half. Their stud DL should be out the first half too......but the refs forgot to totally screw them over that time didn't actually call his targeting.

The great thing for us in facing Nebraska, is a lot of similar fundamentals will be applied to Clifford in what we just prepared for vs Martinez.

Love when the calendar aligns like that......I’m sure the defensive coaching staff does too. I don’t think we need to change a whole lot other than hopefully not starting so slow. As pointed out above, would be interesting wrinkle if they slide Wade to nickel-back at all to defend TE.

See I think theres a shot he moves back to the inside. It's harder to guard players in the slot and I really think Banks and Brown could hold up.

I wish we wouldve left Werner alone too personally.
