Badger fans are bad, very bad. I was spit on, flicked off more than fifty times, called a hole walking on the streets, people were all up in our face at halftime, they surrounded our car after the game and shaked it.... I talked to some buckeye moms in the hampton inn after the game and they agreed that the fans were extremly hostile.

Screw wisconsin, their fans will have a treat for them the next time they come here. Paybacks a biznitch
I was there Friday night on there campus at the bars and Saturday drinking all day in their parking lots before the game.. had zero problems.

Still disappointing how they manhandled our d-line like they were kids for a lot of that game. Our d-line is supposed to be the best in the country and they had holes I could've ran through.

Very disappointing.

And their O-line is supposed to be the best in the country.

That negates the talent.

All you have left is that 70 pound average that they had on us. Could we have blitzed more and stuffed the box more? Sure. But with our injured secondary, that could have spelled even worse trouble.

Perfect storm on Saturday night--night game on the road with their crowd in a frenzy and they run the opening kickoff back, sending the crowd even more into a frenzy; our offense comes out sluggish; our defensive line comes out sluggish. Next thing you know, we're down 21-0. Funny part is, we still were very close to coming back to win the game. I'll just conclude with they were better, at home, at night, on that night.

Go Bucks.

I just want Tressel to schedule a night game against Wiscy when they play here.

You mean like we did for Texas and USC. How did those games turn out? I realize that Wisconsin is not on the same level as those two teams were. Still, a night game at the Shoe does not automatically mean a win.

One we lost, the other the refs handed the game to them.

And nothing ever guarantees a win. But that wasn't the point.

He never said it guaranteed a win. But you're kidding yourself if you think it doesn't help when lesser programs like Wisconsin, Minnesota, etc. see OSU rolling into town--otherwise, why do you think they consistently schedule those games against OSU at night?

I hope someone tells Bulemia to watch the Purdue game next week to see what happens to teams that beat us the previous year.

Wisconsin =/= Purdue

The Bucks killed themselves against Purdue last year with 5 turnovers and very undisciplined football and they still almost won that game. Wisconsin earned their victory by playing hard-nosed, (mostly) disciplined football on both sides of the ball.

With that said, I would really enjoy a beat-down of Wisconsin next year if at all possible, but this is a team that Tressel has not yet been able to land a huge blow with the only exception being 2007.

Lesser program? Since 1999 we are .500 against the "lesser program" of Wisconsin.

Having a .500 record against a particular team doesn't mean that they aren't a "lesser" program. Our record against Illinois is barely over .500 for the last 20 years. Do you consider them equals?

Wiscy is just a team who's style for some reason give tOSU fits. Their overall success and portfolio of accomplishments do not equal tOSU.
