UFC 71: Chuck Liddell vs. Quinton Jackson

Rampage knocked Chuck out 1:53 of the First Round. Damn.

I'm glad Rampage won. I used to like Chuck, and I guess I still do. I'm just so sick of the suck-off that Rogan and the other guy give him. Not to mention that Rampage was a decent underdog against someone he already beat.

Before the fight Rogan said "The thing about Chuck is that he constantly comes after you, that's his style"...Then cut to twenty seconds into the fight, Chuck is constantly backing up from Rampage, and Rogan says "That's the thing about Chuck, he will just back up, wait for his opponent charge, and stick 'em". :shake:

You must have been too mad to hear the last part Rogan said:biggrin:

I had a feeling Rampage was going to take this one, but not like that. I've seen guys get rocked like that, but not of Liddell's caliber, unless you count CroCop. Plus I only had $50 on the vbet. Looks like QJ might be around for awhile.

Speaking of that, now that ESPN has started to cover MMA, what are the chances that fights like this (i.e. 1st round knockouts) cost them an a$$load? Had I decided to not buy the PPV, I just saw the entire fight on Sportscenter for free.

I assume you mean with the loss of vPlaza and vBank? There is an admin thread for it. In short, its been removed.

No, that's not what I meant. The Man asked if 7,000 wasn't enough to throw down on the Indy 500, and I was curious as to why you wanted to bet more, that's all.
