I still stand by my thoughts regarding profiling and cracking down on people who "fit the bill" of terrorists by their looks and/or actions.

And, as I think Mili mentioned, who's to say it wasn't a fact finding mission or a dry run?

At least the Marshall had them checked out just to be sure. Laughing off stories like this and ignoring them will get us killed.

I see everyone's point... but if you do this... they are just going to stop "fitting the bill."

Did I read that one guy had a Jumpsuit with Arabic writing on it?

Until our country stops worrying about hurting someones feelings, the terrorists will always have the upper hand. F**k the ACLU!!

Do you think if a band with 14 white guys boarded a plane together each using the bathroom on a 3 hour flight that they would be greeted by Federal agents when they arrived? Anyone who doesn't think Arabs arent' being profiled isn't flying. On the 100 or so flights I have been on since 9/11 I have yet to see an Arab (or Indian for that matter) looking male or female not recieve secondary screening.

serously. whats your point buckem? last time i checked, there wasnt a group of all white members who have threatened and killed thousands of americans by using air planes as missiles...all the while proclaiming america is satan and claiming they did this and they were proud.

did i miss that?

Actually, calling Tibs "rugmaker" kind of ticks me off, too. You may have your differences with him, but show some respect. I mean, seriously, do you think Tibs is talented enough to weave a rug? Please. Stick with "camel jockey" or "slurpee boy". "Rugmaker" is way too complimentary. :biggrin:
