I ride on the road and hate traffic circles.

Having said that. I'll be honest having seen no real other updates I was concerned your minimal presence here was a bad sign, so this news is an extremely pleasant surprise.

Thanks, man. Thanks to all of you, really. The Summer (and Spring) had some serious highs and lows; but the health stuff has been on the good side of the curve.

Don't thank us jackass. Keep it up. And don't get off your bike at glacier ridge. It's tick heaven out there.

Everyone is caught up with Rick and Morty before kickoff, right?

Umm yes, this is about how my spring/summer went waiting for football to come back..rewatching Seasons 1-2 relentlessly until Season 3 came out. Wubalubadubdub!

I've been well enough to go over the handlebars on my bike because of some construction mud I didn't see and break my right hand (thumb at the base), crack my wrists and orbital bone, and end up with a patellar injury. And I say these as positive things! Beats the hell out of riding a bed. My rheumo issues are mostly managed right now, and my heart is stable. So things have been pretty solid on that front, and hopefully they'll hold that way for a while.

Well stop breaking bones but that is some awesome news! Sounds like you have made a ton of progress, 10-20 miles is no joke and something to be very proud of. Hell, pretty sure I couldn't swing that. I tried to get my physical shape a bit better before I presumably go into football hibernation mode, didn't quite work out this year, so you are kicking my ass.

Glad things are looking up for you! :-) This GIF is also a pretty good representation of the Poli Forum at times.
