I think if you ask around to people who actually follow college football, you won't hear Wiscy mentioned in the over-achiever category.... Losing to teams like UNLV pretty much ruined the notion. That is, you lose to UNLV, I don't care who you beat the rest of the year, you cannot call yourself an over-achieving team. (Edit: Oh yeah, if you CAN, your team SUCKS)

Too many so-call prognosticators look only at the number of starters returning.
I suppose it's better to return 17 or 18 weak starters, like Rutgers or Vandy, than to re-load after having a record 14 players taken in the NFl draft.
