Note to self - cosmetic underline issue on lower navbar. Some garbage characters on 3y's news archives, probably can't fix, but want to make sure it doesn't continue forward. mySQL settings overhaul for performance and 2-character FULLTEXT searching -- need to find where to set both mysqld and myisam variables, totally clueless atm. Need to enable FULLTEXT and rebuild database structure for it, says to leave 'hours' for that. Avatar sizing rework -- allow 150x100, not 150x150, existing mod? Stopgap for missing blog system, don't want game previews out of public view -- maybe normal threads temporarily? PM 3y. User-level permissions masking, read. Forgetting something.

Yeah, I still need to set exclude flags for all the forums that shouldn't be on there. Everything has to be rebuilt from scratch. Stuff may look the same, but basically none of it has any direct relation to their older counterparts.

Problem is, with hideaways (not installed yet), I really need to recode 'exclude' functionality on TopXStats and the front page to be 'include' instead. Mumble, etc.

Buster, clear your cache. Or try loading the page where those things aren't working while holding down your left shift button. I think that's a forced hard refresh. You just have old stuff in your browser, and it hasn't pulled the new stuff in yet.

I need to make some sort of announcement saying that. I hoped the no_cache header dealie would resolve it, but it's not. Everyone is going to have old bad stuff in their cache, 90% of them will have that cleaned out with the new good stuff put in place because of the headers -- but it's clear some systems will be stubborn and slip through the cracks. Those will all be resolved by time, hard refreshes, cleared caches, etc. But going to be a lot of people saying 'X is broken', when it's a local issue to them, and not the site.

hack and slash bpcash values for rep, swings are too big, maybe by a factor of 10. 20? Do the math later. Look into more email-like functionality for PMs. Show recipients all to or cc's, allow for bcc's. Existing hack? Volunteer coders? Something.

Test new reg on problematic email -- someone have a yahoo.com account they don't have tied to the system already? Need to test new user registration, do you get the confirmation email, is it from clarity(at)buckeyeplanet(dot)com? Did you get the welcome PM? Do you get 1000 bpCash?

Drop Dubs a line about making OSU-related quizzes, find other trivia-buff volunteers without regard to subject matter.

Figure arcade out before RLC kills me. Figure articles out before the awesome PREVIEW team kills me.

Clarity, Did you move the profanity filter? I can't seem to find it under "edit options" in the user cp. Oh yeah... when can we start to steal other peoples money? :wink:

Great job on everything! This place is really amazing.

Edit: It looks like some of the buttons in the quick reply window are missing, and I had problems doing a quick reply. Is that something on my end?

so far so good, this thing is rocking! great work, thank you! now get some sleep and then get back to this stuff

the only thing i see missing so far is the countdown, yes i know that all of us know how much longer we have until the game, but its always nice to see.
