Would you take a $100,000 per job with Univ. of Michigan..

Yeah, me either... but It would be nice to make 6 figures and not have to go to any fucking meetings...

Oh.. did I mention that I've been in a lot of meetings today-- and I'm sick of morons.... luckily they have been conference calls and haven't cut into my BP time.

I'd take the job, but I'd have a tough time keeping that job. I'm sure it wouldn't take too long to figure out who's putting the "Go Bucks" bumper stickers on all the cars, who constantly replaces the game film LC wants to watch with Pittman scoring the touchdown, who puts "Troy Smith Owns Us" signs in all the players' lockers, and who circulated the "Right Now, We Suck" headline after every game. It'd be easy to figure out it was me. I'm the only one wearing the "GO BLOW" shirt.

I remember once I was working on three big projects for three different managers. I could get nothing done because they all needed so many damn updates.

This all depends on how much you're making at your current job. If you're making $15,000 a year, then of course you take it. If you're already making $100,000, then of course you don't. It basically comes down to how much you'd have to be compensated (all other things equal) for the fact that your job is at scUM. I'd say it would take about $50K a year--that is, I'd have to be making $50K or less at my current job to take $100K a year at scUM. And of course, once I was there, I'd totally slack off and do as little as humanly possible to keep my job.
