'07 AR RB Broderick Green (USC signee, Arkansas transfer)

The buzz sure seems to be that there is some real interest here, and that if the visit goes well we could see something.

I think it may be time to move this back over to the main recruiting board once again.

LT played at a small school and was a quiet shy kid that did not get out and make a name for him. Also he was just one of those kids that slept with a football and loved nothing more than playing football and did everything he could to be the best he could be. If the staff finds a kid like that I will be a happy man. That is why I love kids like Pentello that want nothing more than to be the best football player they can be and just have love for the game.

Ladainian's high school wasn't necessarily small, in fact it is class AAAA and one of the biggest schools in the Waco area. It isn't a powerhouse football school though, and LDT didn't start until his senior year.

As in yesterday, or this coming weekend? And, any chance for a visit to Columbus like he said earlier?
I think they meant the upcoming weekend. That development gave me a little hope, since in the past it seemed to be just talk about OSU & PSU (w/ no concrete visit dates).

First I would say that this is really a recruit of need. I know that if we don't get him life will go on, but with the chance of Wells transferring and the fact that the only returning rb could be Wells, the more numbers the better.

I still think that Green will see the chances that are presented for him here vs. USC especially if they land McKnight as well as Tyler to go along with the 2 frosh that saw time this year. They are loaded @ the rb position.

The thing that scares me though about Penn State, as I glanced over their roster... I am not sure they have any real returing RBs and none committed yet for the '07 class.

Also, new update on Rivals as well... but they linked it to their premium board... those *astards :).
