From the Illinois site...Kenny is focused on basketball right now. Seems to be favoring Florida, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio State and Notre Dame but has not paid much attention to recruiting yet.

From Mike Farrell... Kenny and his parents are just now sitting down and planning out some visits for this summer. He says that he has been in regular contact with Urban Meyer, coaches from Tennessee, and Luke Fickell. Academics are very important to him, and he wants to major in Business Management.

We've got a really good business school Kenny... :wink:

Tough to get much intel on this kid, as his recruitment is fairly quiet/private.

Last fall, OSU was in the drivers seat with Kenny and mom. More recently, UF & MD have overtaken OSU for both individuals... according to a source close to DeMatha.

Just out of pure curiosity, why was this moved? It didn't seem like we're close to out of it. Hopefully it has something to do with our chances on the other WR's but I would love to have Tate over everyone else left, unless Thomas counts as a WR.

I think that Tate's ship sailed a long time ago. He seems to want to play at a "glamour" school, and Ohio State doesn't fit that bill. Also, the Buckeyes are making a stronger push for Thomas and Fuller to go along with Posey, Stoney, and (presumeably) Scott.

Getting the best player (from anywhere) is always nice...but what's this big deal over Maryland?

Many schools wish they had these kinds of problems.

There's this kid I've heard about who wrestles full grown Rhino's for sport from a small town off the Ivory Coast and he's unbeaten at only 8 years old. He actually pounds them into submission. His favorite colors are scarlet and gray. Now there's an area ripe for a takeover!

Yes, but how are his ACT and GPA? I also heard a rumor that his uncle once saw a man on holiday there with a tsun shirt on and it's been a family favorite ever since. Up hill battle all the way!:)
