The act of writing, whether it's a novel or a news article, is in and of itself 'creative'. I think XP was merely using the term 'creative work' as a synonym for 'article' or 'piece' -- other terms often used to describe work written/created by journalists. In that case, XP's usage was entirely proper, and in no way connoted 'spin' or 'fabrication'.

XP was being helpful. Don't bite the hand, Irish.

I guess thats the hazard of the internet. Sometimes you read sarcasm that isn't there, and sometimes sarcasm comes off as dead serious. Wasn't taking aim at XP whatsoever... just making note about all the times I've heard about "silent commits" from GBW and how many have ended up elsewhere this year. But getting off topic, so I'll just go quietly.

Did they say Michigan leads in that article? No!

Did he say they said scum leads? No! He said they dressed it up. The two points are not mutually exclusive.

I truly want GG to make the best decision for himself. I personally, although admittadly biased, don't see the upside to scum over tOSU. scum used to have a better national image (tv time), scum used to have a significantly better educational system, and scum used to have better coaching. Now all they have is less overall talent (and more PT) but that's not even true for GG's position or even something he has to worry about. And it can't be wanting to be a big fish in a small sea or he would want to go to an illinois I would think.
While I don't know what drives him as an individual, I just don't see him picking scum over tOSU. Again, I hope he makes the best choice for him and his family, if we're not the benefactors of that choice the world goes on.

Edit to eliminate the use of the "m" word.

 If you mean scum over OSU, I agree. Still greyscarlet, it is really disappointing that when you made a beautiful post *almost* avoiding the M-word, you sullied it by uttering it at the last possible instant...

I was being sarcastic.....***found tremendous insight in those two-letter answers!!!(haha) Sorry if I confused anyone, just surprised they would even put that on the net. My apologies for misleading BP fans (and wasting your time if you went to Scout for interview)

***In defense of GBW...Garrett never has been accused of being overly descriptive answers

Unless the coach is a complete tool, most kids will repsect their coach and not see many of their flaws. They are still very impressionable at that age.
Hopefully, it's the parents who are able to read through the BS and know who is the better coach/person.
I'm confident that XP can see it.
