I never said the SEC was loaded but there ARE consistent contenders that aren't named Bama.

And in the B1G? There's tOSU...... and......

Never said that. I said the CONFERENCE is a one team conference consistently like the ACC.

The B1G needs to be stronger, yes like the SEC, so that there's a REAL challenge to tOSU for the conference win. Right now...... nobody is going to worry Clemson in the ACC and nobody is going to worry us in the B1G. Can we say the same about the SEC?

Could GA or LSU beat Bama? I'd say those are close games. Is WI going to beat us? Very unlikely.

I think the rest of the B1G does tOSU no favors when it comes to getting in the CFB but there's 2 or 3 teams that have been contenders in recent years that give a one loss Bama an edge to get over a one loss tOSU.

Call me when SC or Missouri beats one of the big boys and earns the unjustifiable rankings they get.
I guess I'll expect your call...

Dont you know this is proof of just how brutal the SEC is?

Any given Saturday your star QB can throw 20 picks, fall behind to a 3rd string QB coached by a retread hovering over 500 coach with a losing bowl record, only to luck out in the past 3min, throw a pick in 1st OT, luck out again, and finally succumb in 2nd OT by going nowhere and missing the FG while your opponent finally makes one...

Let’s summarize.

-Florida started the season as the 8th ranked team in the preseason polls.

-Florida played Miami in the first game in arguably the most sloppy game I’ve ever seen between two perceived Power 5 big dogs.

-They dropped three spots to make room for two more media darlings in Notre Dame and Texas after their week zero tilt and ensuing bye week.

-They gained two spots back the next week by beating UT fucking Martin 45-0.

-They then gained THREE spots after beating an Auburn team with virtually the same exact story as this, with one more “quality” win over Oregon.

So Marty, what about this Florida team is impressive? And, before you waste the breath, I don’t give a fuck how many pieces Franks’ leg is currently in... They have a top 10 QB recruit sitting 3rd string.

Also, why the fuck is a hillbilly known mainly for NASCAR making hot takes about football he only selectively watches?

Auburn played Oregon, not Washington. But yes I agree.

Can't remember who, but somebody noted in the Gameday thread that Franks getting broke in half was the best thing that happened for Florida all year. Can't say I disagree...

trask is more consistent for sure.
and last night had a really solid game.

thing is Franks has the potential for a lights out dynamic “wow” performance that Trask really doesn’t have.

of course Franks also has the potential for a complete shitshow “WTF” type of performance that i don’t think Trask does.

At least they fixed the year in the Northwestern bit. Originally it had 2014 not 2004

still a bunch of commie jack asses.
The statement "which ended a 33-game losing streak in the series" is also wrong...it was 24-game losing streak. Looks like ESPN simply subtracted 1971 from 2004 to get 33 because they assumed they played every season...in other words, sloppy, lazy "research".
