Agree with buckeyesin, I always liked Scott over Shaw.

But this is my theory. LeBron got word to the Cavs he would prefer Scott.

Only explanation on how they could switch gears so fast. Plus, I just don't buy Shaw's camps response saying they withdrew their name from consideration. From all accounts there was never an actual offer on the table to Shaw.

So Scott as Cavs head coach equals LeBron a Cav for the next 4-6 years :biggrin: Don't you dare try to wake me up from my dream sequence

It's the truth. Just look at billionaire Patrick Ewing. If he played anywhere else he would've had to worry about feeding his kids. Now, it's a wonder he has time to dabble in coaching with all the time he spends counting his "Get dunked on by Patrick Chewing" endorsement cash. :roll2:

Yeah, night before Miami's official meeting with LeBron and his team. Heard they are there currently.

Just a thought with all this free agency going on and how many bad contracts have already been dealt.

Do you think LeBron would accept being paid less than Rudy Gay?
