QB Kenny "the old righty" Guiton (WR Coach Wisconsin)

One other thing that I would like to add is that it is nice to get a guy(for the second year in a row) out of the state of Texas. That state is absolutely loaded, and it is nice to make some inroads there.

Great news. It's very nice to add a smart, talented player to add depth at the QB position. This will allow OJ to continue to develop as a hard hitting field roaming safety. Great get by JT and staff, welcome young man.

A fine get by the Bucks. Congratulations to Kenny. After the turmoil of early in the week this situation turned out very positively. A great young man, solid family, out of a winning talented program. It will be a big plus for the Bucks, with our stable of young recievers, to have another quality camp arm to sling the rock around. Lack of QB depth is not only a concern on gameday, or if injuries happen. Too few bodies to provide repetitons in the passing game can lead to a tired arm for your starter early in the season.
I also think it is a bullish sign that the staff didn't just settle for trying to get by with O. Johnson or Z. Domicone as our emergency 3rd or 4th string Qb along with Oltorik. This looks like OJ and Zack have shown enough on defense in their first year of the program to potentially have solid careers ahead of them, and be too valuable for utility duty. Optimistic speculation on my part.

Welcome to the Buckeye Family, Kenny!!

Boy that didn't take long, did it? I'd almost prefer them coming completely under-the-radar and random like this rather than go through the anxiety of "will we get this guy?" for 12 months with these high profile divas. Looking forward to how he performs on the practice field this fall!

Will Guiton affect the recruitment of Devin Gardner? I don't think so, but what do you guys think?

I am completely ignorant of HS recruiting, but I doubt that Kenny's rep will scare away Gardner. That does not mean that Kenny will not eventually take the reins of the tOSU offense, but he definitely does not evoke the same kind of respect that Pryor did.
