According to this GBW article on Toussaint's teammate committing to Michigan, Fitzgerald has also been offered by the Wolverines.

You know, with TSUN being the "Harvard of the West" and all, it's amazing that someone could have a difficult time getting into CBUS but gets an offer from the Cesspool of the West.

I hope Fitz works hard on his school work and gets by comfortably...regardless of whether he ever gets an offer from the Bucks.

Just because a school has offered a schlorship doesn't automatically mean the athlete has cleared the NCAA Eligibility Center (formally the Clearinghouse) and/or has been accepted by the school's admission office.

Seems like the biggest difference is that tOSU waits until they are completely clear and eligible to offer, whereas other schools will offer before a prospect has cleared the eligibility center. Which puts us at a disadvantage because we often wait so long to offer.

Not true. Plenty of offers go out before the kid is eligible. However, as Wes stated above, there is usually more to the story when the offer is slow or not present.
