I agree fully. I think he fundamentally changed how he ran a program when he came up here, and you saw it in the minimal amount of off-field bullshit and the suspend first/ask questions later (Robie & Hyde) attitude. That being said, one can't give him a pass for what went down at Florida. That is probably the sleaziest, thug-ridden program in NCAA history, and the buck stops with the head coach.
Sometimes the jump up to a big time program needs a learning curve on how to deal with some of the "personalities" you're forced to recruit. I think Tressel went through that learning curve (arguably never fully got the message) when he took over Ohio State, and Urban went through it in his Florida stint (arguably did get the message judging by off-field incidents at Ohio State).
