I think the point of the post was referring to ND fans' tendancy to proclaim every hire as the savior...kinda ironic considering the Catholic philosophies of the school. ND hypocrisy? Never:roll2:

Again, if he's such a hot comodity why was he offerd the job a week and 3-4 other canidates later?

No HC experience is a factor regardless of if the ND nation wants to accept it or not.

Bottom line is he'll still have the same handcuffs on during recruiting that Bob and Ty did. While he's learning the ropes of big time college recruiting-should be interesting.

I think Weis is going to have a tough job recruiting. He hasn't done it, and his last head coaching job was in high school.

He'd better hope kids are really impressed by those rings.

our abberation season was 7-4. yours was 10-3. get back in the basement where you belong. :biggrin:
