I think it's because everyone has a hard-on for Russell Wilson. So many variables about his performance in the ACC to gauge, but I am a skeptic that he'll such a dramatic impact at Wiscy. We'll see.

I've noticed that. You have to wonder if that was Wilson or if that was because he had crappy players around him.

One thing that jumps out at me is the NC State coach has coached something like nine or ten of the 19 ACC Quarterbacks of the Year. That guy knows QBs. He wouldn't just cut Wilson loose if he didn't think he could do it without hurting his program. That says as much to me about Wilson as any stat.

I see it as a wash considering that the ACC fields some rather poor teams. Crappy offensive players against crappy defensive squads. Whoopee.

I too don't understand the hard on for Wilson. He is very athletic and makes great plays so it will be interesting to see how Wisky uses him but by no means do I think he is anywhere near elite status.
