WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Pryor had a higher completion percentage, higher yards-per-attempt (8.19 vs. 7.83), better attempts-per-TD ratio (12.67 vs. 17.8), and significantly higher passer efficiency rating. The only major area where Griffin was better was TD/INT ratio (keep in mind that one of Pryor's INTs came at the end of a first half where he just launched it up for grabs into the end zone). Griffin was 6-19-1 for 71 yards and 1 TD against Texas...I'd like to think that Pryor is going to fare considerably better on Jan 5th.

I think Pryor had two throws that were hail mary INT's...could be wrong but I remember him throwing another? Troy and I think he also did it again at Wisconsin. Could be wrong tho

End of the PSU game? That wasn't really a hail mary though...nevermind.

Although that ball should've NEVER been thrown that deep it wasn't really a bad INT. Bad timing? Hell yes, but he was just trying to make a play. If that INT was in the 1st-3rd quarter we probably wouldn't have minded that type of aggression. However, since it was with only seconds remaining it ended the game.

His true INT on the year where it was just a bad throw was the Michigan game. IMO, Pryor was clearly too hyped up for that Michigan game. He came out and had his worst day throwing for the year not to mention that INT. I didn't know he was that much of a better passer than Griffin though and we know how Baylor gave Texas trouble...

If that ball is thrown 5 yards deeper then Hartline probably comes down with it and we're in Pasadena right now.

That's what I'm sayin.. That we love that type of aggressiveness in a freshman QB of all things, and sometimes that aggressiveness can come back to bite us from time to time. Unfortunately, that time it did.

Griffin and Moore have both been terrific. And deserve their honors. Maybe Pryor's "problem" is just being held back by a conservative coach? It takes time to earn Tressel's trust. I don't blame him. He sees Pryor every day so he knows him much more than any of us who just see him on game day.
Pryor will be just fine, thank you!

I just found out he's a long strider. Thanks Andre Ware!

Yeah, apparently that's why people misjudge his speed and he gets all those sweet stiff arms on overextending defenders. Also I heard that Jim Tressel runs up scores, but Houston would never do such a thing in a million years.

im sure both of those two have similar stories on one or more of their ints.

ive seen them both play and was impressed with both of them. seem to be great young players. well see how they all develop.
