Don't see any way Google wins.
On what defense?

I think it settles out of court. I just don't see how Google can win this.OCBucksFan;781160; said:Hrm... well consider that Youtube and MTV (A Viacom company) made a deal a while back to allow MTV's videos on Youtube, I will be surprised if this actually ends up in court. Google's not gonna hand over a billion bux but I think something will get worked out.

Yea, but if the USPS had hundereds of thousands(#?) of these occurances, it would be different. Also, it is not as if USPS says you can send bombs, just as long as they don't hurt somebody. (Bad example, but you get my drift)Buckeye Buh Nim;781166; said:Not a legal expert, but the USPS isn't liable for deaths by the unibomber.

Becuse guns can be sold to anyone and their aren't stipulations on the use of them. There are very explicit rules regarding what you can do with this material.Buckeye Buh Nim;781187; said:OK, then lets take the use of firearms in illicit activities. I am pretty sure if someone uses a smith and wesson to hold up a store (an everyday occurance) the store will not win a case against Smith and Wesson.
