2013-2014 B1G Men's Basketball

We lose head to head tie breaker with Nebraska if we end up tied in the standings. We could all of a sudden fall to the 6th seed in the Big 10 tournament when if we had just beaten Penn State once we could have maybe got the 3 seed.

I would love to meet up with the Pedsters one more time and the tournament would be a nice place to finish them off. I am not that worried about where we are seated for the Big Ten tournament.

The only bad thing about being a 5 or 6 seed in the Big 10 tournament is having to play the extra game on Thursday which both tires you out, could produce an injury and you could lose as we have seen time and again the bottom of the Big 10 beat the top half. What if we ended up playing Penn State in the 1st round ? Also if you want to win the Big 10 tourney or at least make the finals (I can still dream right ?) it be best to be a top 4 seed and not have to play the first day.
Our NCAA seed will plummet if we lose on Thursday.

That Wisconsin road win is looking bigger and bigger they are slated to be a 2 seed in the NCAA's as it stands right now they have some monster wins vs Florida and Virginia. Hard to believe they lost at home to Northwestern.

The Florida win is a little misleading. The Gators were missing two important starters in that game. Who knows if the selection committee will account for that though.
