Just got back from the new Jurassic World. Still lacking in even a shred of nuance or subtlety, it was still a marked improvement over the steaming pile that was the last one.

The wife is inflicting "The Girl on the Train" on me, notwithstanding my benevolent action of making her pasta with clam sauce. I've bottomed out my first water glass-sized G&T and am heading towards #2 just to survive this pretentious rich white woman bullshit.

That first credits scene...damn man, I knew it was going to happen at some point in the movie or during the credits, but it still sucked.

I just noticed...

...the tremendous amount of product placement by both Dell and Hyundai throughout the film.

I'm also wondering how many children asked their parents for a Pez dispenser after watching.
