Tickets in hand.

Have an uncle that's been a season ticket holder since Chic Harley played, I think. He'll make that long climb up to 25C for Michigan, Penn St, or a big OOC game. Otherwise, he calls me and absentmindedly asks me if I like football, Ohio St, and whether or not I know I can go see the band perform for free at St John Arena if I get there early.

Every. Single. Year.

Wish I could get his handicapped faculty parking pass with his tickets...

Understanding that Army is the opponent, I’d like to see some fire and passion on the field. Chip on the shoulder, something to prove, angry and executing at a high level.

Urban mentioned being pissed, so let’s see some of that. We all know it benefited the 2014 squad well enough. Michael Bennett would have attempted to take on an entire line by himself if called to do so. The adversity was so thick it was starting to take on a physical form and that Buckeye team sliced it into bits and served it cold during their Championship run.

I thought Clemson would be enough to do it, but maybe a little further soul cleansing was in order to get them on the ropes for the ‘17 season. If you aren’t shooting fire out of your eyes at this point, you damn well should be. JT especially. Kid has been torn apart this week by media, alums, recruits, fans. Bring the ruckus out there on Saturday and let every moment that you leave on the field do the talking instead of fielding more embarrassing questions at the podium. If that means abandoning horrendous play calls, so be it. What do you have to lose? We witnessed MSU, Penn State, scUm in ‘14. Get that fire back and prove them wrong.

Go Bucks. I’m ready for Saturday, as always.

blah blah blah I'm tired of hearing about how angry we are and pissed about losing. You know what prove it UFM.

Also laughable some of these "experts" predictions for this game... scores like 44-9 or 38-7 while talking about assaulting Army through the air. How no one remembers Navy from 09' or 14' is beyond me as both of those games were very competitive and this game will be no different. There's going to be some really angry folks after the game but at least I've tempered my bullishness on our team because I expect a 1-2 score game.

The thing that worries me is that the strength of our defense is going to take a beating all game. I'm just hoping for a fourteen to seventeen point win and no injuries. Luckily we have UNLV next week, and the front 7 should be able to get a good rest.

Army's best team in the last decade lost 44-6 to Notre Dame last year. This team has its issues. But not 2016, 4-8 Notre Dame issues.

Those Navy teams were quite a bit better than this Army team is.

I might be a little worried if we were playing Navy or Air Force this year. Army not so much.

And yes, Buffalo is bad, I don't care that they played Minnesota close. They'll be lucky to win 4 games.

I believe the problem for Buckeye nation is too many fans don't think rationally and think we can just throw our helmets out there and we win. Could we win by 30? Yes, and we should. However knowing it's the triple option, the pressure on both sides of the ball for us to perform better, and the TOP Army is likely to have despite all of that I've seen so many folks saying this will be a 44-7 type of game.

Well when it's not and we win 38-24 or something dumb you'll be upset and calling player X trash. I hope you all are right but this team is a work in progress and I'm semi confident we will get it figured out in time but IMO not this week. Just win this week.

Yes, I'm going to be surprised if the backups get much time at all this game. Army will take the air out of the ball and if the defense can't stop them, there will be limited series for the O. And that doesn't bode well for this team....

I think you're giving Army a little too much credit. You keep pointing out the two Navy games, but seemingly want to refuse to acknowledge the fact that Navy is generally quite a bit better team overall than Army. As pointed out in Army's 2 games against "Power 5" schools last year (Just consider Notre Dame power 5) they scored 12 total points against 2 teams that went 4-8

I don't think anyone is going to proclaim this team "fixed" for beating Army, not matter how much they beat them by. This team is a work in progress but I think you're being a bit too pessimistic here when it comes to Army.
