I'm honestly not worried about this game all that much honestly. The entire game hinges on if we can get the passing game going imo. If we can, then I see us winning by 2, possibly 3 TDs. Let's not forget that MSU looked absolutely dreadful, and I do mean dreadful, against Notre Dame with a decent offense and a terrible defense. If MSU couldn't put up points against them, do you really think they'll put up points against us? If our defense can remain focuses (it seems like most of the yards against Colorado came when the defense looked like it lost a bit of focus), I don't see MSU putting up more than 20 pts against us.

Seriously? I think we can win this game today, but you are nuts if you think it'll be by double digits. You can't bash Mich St. for losing to Notre Dame and ignore the Miami game on our part. Aside from that, our schedule hasn't been particularly stellar. I think we can win today if Braxton plays within himself. If not, I think Sparty wins. Mich St. has a ton of experience, you cannot discount that in the Big Ten. I'm just being a realist here....I expect a tight ballgame that goes either way.

It's cold and sleeting today.... not great weather for a passing game.

I think we may see Braaxton go for sub-100 yards passing today, in large part because of the weather IMO.
Showers will be out of here by gametime for the most part. It's going to be about 50 degrees...but there will be a bit breezy. But if 50 degrees, overcast and a bit of wind affects keeps you from being able to throw the ball, then you came to the wrong school!

This is perfect football weather, and remember Braxton is from Ohio...and it gets cold on Friday nights around here. He is used to this weather. I really don't think the weather is going to affect the passing game today.

Jordan Hall will be an impact player in this game, not only for his offensive output, but in leading by example. He's playing the type of football that's needed to be competitive in the B1G. The rest of the team needs to look to him and rise up to his level. Great move by Coach Fickell to name him Captain for this game.

Go Buckeyes!!!

Sure I can because MSU looked completely outclassed in almost every facet of the game when they played Notre Dame. Meanwhile I believe absolutely dreadful QB play kept us from beating Miami by more than 2 scores when we played. I honestly don't know why Buckeye Nation thinks the entire team is terrible just because our QB play single-handily cost us that game. Now if Braxton plays as awful as Joe B. did (which is a possibility) then I'll change my tune but I don't think that'll be the case.
