Which CB Will Replace Fox?

My guess is Underwood... Ginn has talent, however I would think they would use him on O and as a nickel back before they move him to a full time corner...

Hopefully EJ steps up this off season and secures his starting spot at CB... he's been in the dog house before, but the kid has talent. I'm hoping he steps up and becomes a force to be reconed (sp) with...

Pretty funny stuff Oh8...

TG2 will definitely get his shot at corner. I also look to see Shaun Lane getting a lot of looks during Spring ball.

This is a HUGE role that needs to be filled. Fox was asked to play the boundary corner, possibly one of the most difficult assignments in all of sports. The kid came close to playing the position perfect. I'll define perfect as playing the position the way the coaches asked him...that being said, the coaches asked Foxy to be a sure tackler and to not get beat deep. This allowed our safeties the freedom to help stuff the run.

AY is a solid young CB. I look for the coaches to give him the first opportunity to fill Fox's boundary position.

SJW, Oneal or Ginn.

Oneal will be a fresh so I doubt it. I would like Ginn to remain on offense and SJW has looked good on ST and Nickel late in the season. EJ appears lost when I watch him. But I suppose that could change.

No doubt, Ted Ginn will start at corner next season.

No fucking way...never happenin'.

Anyone, that's anyone, who really thinks that Ginn moves from offense to full-time defense next year is:

a.) A passenger on the short bus
b.) Totally clueless
c.) Somewhere orbiting Pluto's moon
d.) All the above

Let me remind you all that he didn't even get a look at defense this year...not a single fucking snap. The kid came here as a corner and got moved to WR. That's not to say that he's not a good or even excellent corner, but obviously the staff has seen enough of him on both sides of the ball to determine that he's a full-time WR who also returns punts (and hopefully kickoffs, too). They could possibly use him in nickle situations, but other than that, he ain't seeing the asses of our linebackers.

I doubt Sirjo will get a look at CB. He's a great gunner, but looks like a safety all the way. I want to see TG take it over, but like Mili, I think he'll play nickle next year. Then maybe his JR year, he'll be full time. Underwood will probably get first shot to regain his old spot.
